By focusing on the specific needs of purpose-driven organizations, we aim to make impactful web design accessible, enabling our clients to amplify their impact and realize their goals.
Alison’s Story
Knowing when it’s time to make a change.
This isn’t the first time Alison has made a big change in her life. In 2012, after a decade of intense work, she left Los Angeles and the professional photographic industry for a six-month solo motorcycle journey through the Americas to the southernmost city of Ushuaia, Argentina. She chronicled her journey and self-published her book, Chaos in Harmony.
The second was after another decade in event operations and upstarting a non-profit for the outdoor travel industry. Alison knew when it was time to move on and quit her job to focus on building a business she wanted to be a part of. She dreamed about having more freedom, working with incredible people, and pursuing a career in helping others, so she made it happen. Especially after becoming a mom, work-life balance and a holistic approach were more important than ever. In 2023, she turned her web design side gig into a full-time business focusing on the digital success of her clients.
With her background in operations and visual arts, combined with her leadership and project management skills, Alison knows she can make a lasting impact on emerging and established businesses. Her ultimate goal is to use her expertise to make your business shine.

Alison DeLapp, Founder
Alison is a web designer, digital strategist, and founder of Continuous Canvas. Alison’s background in operations and visual arts is the perfect foundation for launching her business. She advocates using technology for heavy lifting, leaving more time for human connection. Alison is a natural facilitator of advancing those around her so they can share their own brilliance and achieve new levels of success.
Alison balances her work life with lots of play. She enjoys making music in a band with her husband, dancing, teaching yoga, kicking up dirt with her son, reading, and traveling to far-off places around the globe.
